Since its establishment in 1973, UNICO has been involved in researching, developing and providing products and systems demanded mainly in the field of Automotive, Electronics and Petrochemical Industries for over 45 years.
We have developed close relationship with genuine source of manufacturers for a great deal of products and systems in every wide range of those industries to meet huge demand all over the world.
Our source is not just within Japan but has been expanded to ASEAN exceeded manufacturing sources for perfect accomplishment of our task and mission in mutual close collaboration and cooperation.
UNICO will continuously create and develop worldwide network of cooperation and alliances to provide upgraded services and solution to every customers, that we believe certainly meet the demand for timely, qualified and competitive products and systems.

7月：自動車部品及び工業用ファスナーの輸出を主目的に資本金250万円で設立
　 　 東京都新宿区愛住町3-7に事務所開設
8月：資本金を500万円に増資
12月：資本金を1,000万円に増資
1974年
1月：大阪市南区谷東平町3-34-1に営業所を設置
8月：資本金を2,000万円に増資
11月：日本機械輸出組合に加盟
1975年
6月：カリフォルニア州に駐在員事務所を設置
11月：資本金を6,000万円に増資
1987年
4月：精密冷間鍛造部品の国内営業開始
8月：アメリカから漏れ検査技術の導入とヤマハ製漏れ検査システムの国内営業開始
